Hemax330-reinstall software

1. Press “Ctrl+Alt+Delete” on the keyboard at the same time,

Click [Task Manager] then click [Processes],

Find [RTHemat.exe] and [Databasemaintaince]

End both of them by clicking [End Process], Shown as below figure.

2. Click [Files] and find [New Task]. Shown as below figure.


3. Input “explorer” and click [OK].

4. You can close “Window Task Manager”


5. Enter “D:\RTHemat”, see files of “BloodCel.mdb”, “Setting.ini” “TD.dat” and
“TDI.dat” shown as below, long press “Ctrl” on keyboard and select them all then “Copy”.

6. Enter “D:\Backup” and Paste, Click [Yes to All], Shown as below.


7. Enter “D:\H330”, and copy “RThemat” folder.

Note: “H330”is a backup folder used for operating software. Sometimes the folder name will
be changed to another one automatically, you can just find the “RTHemat”from “D :\”.
8. Enter “D:\” and paste the copied folder, Click [Yes to All] to confirm folder replace.
9. Enter “D:\Backup”, Select and copy all files shown as below.
10. Enter “D:\RTHemat” and paste the copied files, Click [Yes to All] to confirm file replace.

11. Double click “RTHemat .EXE” in the current folder.


12. Check to see if it will pop-up “Network Error”

If normal continue steps 13.

If “Network Error”,pls follow below procedure 1.1

1.1 Network error


Regarding the problem of machine giving network error, please try to delete the file
“Bloodcell.ldb” according to the following steps:

a. Please click [OK] and press ‘Ctrl’ + ‘Alt’ + ‘Del’ on the keyboard at the same time,
click [Task Manager] , [New Task] then click [OK].

b. Enter “D:\ RTHemat”, find the file “Bloodcell.ldb” and delete it.

c. Restart the instrument to check if the problem is solved. If the problem still exists,
please reload the Windows XP to solve the problem.

13. Check to see if the setup same as “important parameters” which be paste on the right door
