Dear Pritam,

With reference to your candidature and the subsequent discussions with us, we would like to congratulate you
on being selected for internship at Shwetanshu Shekhar & Co. All of us at Shwetanshu Shekhar & Co. are
excited that you will be joining our team!

This internship will be based out of our Head Office Patna and your reporting location will be at Office No 301,
Laxmi Palace , Mitra Compound, Boring Road, Patna – 800001.

The date of Commencement is 20-June-2023 for 2 months at the sole discretion of the firm; the duration of
the internship may be extended or shortened with or without advance notice. During the Internship period,
the Company m a y a t a ny time end the internship on a day's notice for the reason of non-performance,
behavioral misconduct, moral turpitude, violation of any of the terms mentioned in the Internship Contract etc.

As such, your internship will include training/orientation and focus primarily on learning and developing new
skills and gaining a deeper understanding of concepts through hands- on application of the knowledge you
learned in class with CA Shwetanshu Shekhar will be guiding you during your internship. You will be a part of
Finance team during your Internship with us.

In consideration for the performance of your duties, you shall be entitled to a monthly Stipend of INR 5,000
Fixed.
