MONDAY - FRIDAY TIME ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION 5: OO AM -pray For the rest of the day - wake up drink water and prepare the meals for -healthy foods such rice and 6:15 AM breakfast egg for protein and also - eating breakfast water after meal - drinking milk for strong muscle 6:3O AM -brush my teeth after eating -go to bathroom to 6:40 AM Clean myself for about 15- - clean myself with a soup, 20 mintues shampoo, body brush, wash my face with a facial wash such as maxipel. 7:00 AM - make myself fresh - after bathing i dry myself then i put my deodorant on my armpit, lotion on my body, and body spray - i put my clothes on and ready to go ti school if my -ready to go school class starts at 7:30am. 7:20AM - class 7:30AM- 12:00 O’CLOCK -sits for about 5 hours at 12:00 NOON - eating lunch with school classmates and friends - rice and sometimes 12:OO- 5:30PM - class “tortang talong”, fried egg, 5:30PM - go home fried chicken - its tiring but to look fresh - rest putting powder and some 5:40PM - eating dinner tint on my lips makes me 6:0OPM fresh - rice, adobo manok and -open the notes take from water is important to the 6:30PM the class for about 30 table after eating i will wash minutes the dishes 6:40PM - taking half bath and brush - do assignment and study the teeth - clean my self to refresh - wah my face to clean dirt 7:10PM - rest -scroll on social media 8:30PM - time to sleep
