l Mixing:
ü Open component A drum, stir about 1 minute by hand stirrer to make it even.
ü Shake component B, adding to component A while stir A continuously.
ü Mix up and down for 2-3 minutes, to make it in uniform color.

l Pouring:
ü Pour immediately after mixing thoroughly.
ü Pour the liquid against one spot into gap between cone body and liner, to empty the air in
cavity.
ü May use iron sheet, paper, or clay as as pouring cofferdam, until gap is filled.
ü For 10kgs pack of material, finish mixing and pouring within 10 minutes.

For small pouring

gate, use a clay
cofferdam.

l Notice
ü Do not pour the un-thoroughly mixed liquid into cavity.

ü Working time is longer at low temperature. High viscosity is difficult to mix even and
pouring. Recommend to place material at 25℃ for 24h before using. Heating liner and
cone body to 10-25℃ when pouring。

ü Using each package seperately as per application rhythm.
