In this guide we will look at typical mistakes engineers make when

composing a Final SIR (and filling out a CRM)

First, let's remember the rules for filling out the lines in the CRM

The Carrier column corresponds to our Carrier field, so select it

Carrier Site ID (4th column) = our Carrier Site Number
You can find the "Carrier Site Name" in the CD or Project Name on title page.
Tower Owner Site ID (column 3) = Client Site Number
"Client Site Name" also look in the CD
And lastly, in the PO Number field you need to write SES Project Number. This will
be entered by aTeam when creating a project, but in case you see an empty field
somewhere, please enter it)

Also, do not forget to write:

The start/end date to work on the project
Reason for overtime, if any

only the first letter is capitalized. If we have
