Exclusion:

The bellow mentioned list are excluded from this quotation

Installation : Rigid injected CFC Free polyurethane foam

: GI Sheet 0.5 mm with polyurethane injected

100 mm walls and ceiling sandwich panel.

Density : 38 -42Kg/m3

DOOR (S) : sliding door Size 2.50 * 2.50 m height

Hinged door Size 190 * 90 cm height

With aluminum fitting & door perimeter & frame are made of special

aluminum and door fitted with rubber gasket complete with an

internal security release handle.

Refrigeration work :

Cooling system will be achieved by a semi hermetic Air cooled condensing unit Bitzer or
Copeland compressor for each application. and matching with evaporators complete with all
accessories and control panel. Refrigerant R 22 Will be used.

A) Condensing unit are selected as heavy duty unit for high ambient.
Standard features shall include

Semi hermetic air cooled compressor.

Liquid line filter drier and slight glass.

high efficiency aluminum fin, Copper tube condenser

Electric panel with compressor contactor and fused control circuit

Adjustable dual pressure switch

Suction and discharge service valves

weatherproof electric control box

Liquid receiver with fusible plug and liquid shut off valve with charging
port.

Oil pressure cut out for compressors.

Freon R 22

B) Evaporator shall be forced convection, Unit cooler type made to suspend

from

the ceiling.

Multi-fin and tube coil shall be aluminum fin and copper tube

Easy access / quick disconnect fan motor and mount assemblies.

Room thermostat to control the operation of condensing unit and

evaporator.

Expansion valve.

Control Panel :

The unit will be controlled by its own control board including :

Main circuit breaker.

Compressior"s contactor and overload.
