SABANG BEACH MARKETING PLAN

CHAPTER 1

Introduction

Sabang Beach is western coast of the provincial island of the Palawan Philippines, two-

km strip of white sand in the pacific ocean. From luxurious resorts to calm homestays and
beachfronts, this beach has it all. Sabang features a lovely beaches and natural scenery wind-

battered coastline as well as vast swaths of untouched bush. The Puerto Princesa Subterranean

River National Park encompasses the surrounding jungle. Sabang Beach is closed at the first sign

of waves, and the subterranean river is closed after heavy rain. The northern side of Sabang

beach is studded with hostels and even luxury hotels with swimming pools if you choose to

spend your time on the beach partying. Food trips are common since the whole length of road

and beach is lined with barbecues, restaurants, and bars. The Philippines might very well be the

finest travel destination on the planet. Beautiful people, simple to get about, and paradise at

every turn. It's also a fantastic deal, especially for English speakers. Palawan is the most popular

tourist destination in the philippines. Sabang is a tiny community on Palawan's western shore,

approximately 3 hours' drive from Puerto Princesa City. The famed Subterranean River's primary

entrance is here. Due to its crystal blue water and beautiful gray sand, it is a magnificent beach.

If you want to get away from the noise and bustle of Puerto Princesa City, this is a really calm,

undeveloped beach village, Because practically all visitors go to the north of Palawan, this

unspoiled beach is ideal for unwinding and getting away from the crowds.
There are a few pubs, hotels, restaurants, and a variety of enjoyable activities in and around this

seaside town. You may participate in activities such as mangrove boat tours, fishing, and scuba

diving in the area. If you are in Puerto Princesa or want to stay a long, make a point of visiting

this beautiful beach to soak up the sun, relax, or pass the time. Although the waves are too tiny

for surfing, they are suitable for bodyboarding or body surfing.

History of Place

History On March 26, 1971, the national park was formed. The St. Paul Subterranean

National Park, which covers about 3,900 hectares of land, was formerly known as the St. Paul

Subterranean National Park. Adventure caving, which includes an underground river tour and the

Ugong Cave, is the major draw. The walk begins from Sabang Beach by an alternative path to

the Underground River's entrance. Visitors flying to Puerto Princesa City from Manila or Cebu

may take a direct flight. Sabang Beach is noteworthy since it is home to one of the world's seven

natural wonders. From Sabang's dock, ride a quaint local boat for 30 minutes or so around the

bay's jade-green seas and karst landscapes until you reach the Puerto Princesa Underground

River's magnificent stalactite and stalagmite formations. As we neared, a storm blew in, creating

such a dramatic scene; I actually prefer storms to clear sky, so this was even more beautiful.

Sabang Beach is located halfway between Puerto Princesa and El Nido, making it an ideal

stopover for anyone looking to break up the long and winding trek. Sabang Beach, unlike many

of the beaches in neighboring El Nido, is immaculate and quite uncrowded: you're likely to have

it all to yourself. You may hire a private fishing boat from Sabang Beach to transport you to Isla

Rita, an unspoiled island surrounded by pristine seas.

Location Map
Sabang is a small community on Palawan's west coast, 75 kilometers from Puerto

Princesa City. Sabang is a town surrounded on one side by karst mountains and on the other by

the sea. The village has just one major street, which leads to the dock where boats leave for the

Underground River. On a motorbike, it takes roughly 1.5–2 hours to reach here

Sabang Beach is one of Palawan's most renowned beaches, noted for being the jumping-

off place for the Underground River. It is located along the stunning, unspoiled shoreline of the

island's eastern coastline. Despite its popularity, it's still a peaceful area to unwind for a few days.

Sheridan Beach Resort is where you'll be staying. Sabang Underground River is located in

Sabang. Sabang Beach is surrounded by mountains and lapped by calm waves and is located in a

tiny fishing community on the western coast of Palawan in the Philippines. Stalagmites and

gaping caves abound in the adjacent Underground River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and

one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.
