I presently labor at its Educational Consulting Center, which aspires to


combat student lag in the Guanajuato region. So, as associates of this
dependence, I want to share with you the project "Organizational diagram
by processes".
JUSTIFICATION DIGALAC

This year, the "Organizational diagram by


process" project was integrated, with the
purpose of correcting the communication
problem in the areas of the center that
occurred during the pandemic, and also to
counteract some activities that continue
to persist due to this cause.
SURVEY ANALYSIS DIGALAC

To determine the importance of the


implementation of this project, a survey of the
work environment and communication channel
was carried out. It consisted of a total of sixteen
closed-answer questions, some reagents
contained an option paragraph, to integrate new
proposals for improvement.

✓ Develop the system of work by processes.
✓ Update the processes of each work area of the
center.
✓ Train each of the areas according to the new
processes.
✓ Implement an external communication
channel for the center (telephone extension
for areas)
✓ Implement an internal communication channel
of the center for each of the areas (Google
Chat).
✓ Reinstall the offices of the downtown areas
(Tear down walls and individual offices).
