 Sampling and sample preparation is essential in assessing the quality of cereals.
The sampling device is used for the sampling of cereals, colza, corn etc. from any location and
depth with delivery of the sample to the laboratory even at 30 linear meters of distance from the
sampling device installation point.
The sampling device has been designed in accordance with current European standard EN ISO
24333-2010.
The device is ideal for intensive and continuous use and can work at 180 degrees of rotation on
single truck lanes, but can rotate up to 340 degrees on double-truck lanes.
The sampling probe is made of stainless steel and consists of a double tube closed circuit probe.
Pneumatic sampling is the fastest and most accurate method. No moving parts, no damage to
the product and no clogging of products that are very moist or with a lot of impurities. In addition,
the sample is highly representative of the seed loaded over the entire height of the load. In fact,
the probe transports only what is directly beneath its opening.
Collected samples are then transported pneumatically in a cyclone which separates the sample
from air, preventing removal of small fractions with minimal filter maintenance. The overall time
of the operation is less than 10 seconds.
The sampling device is composed of a column and an arm which hydraulic lifting which permits insertion of the probe
vertically in the mass of grain down to the bottom of the vehicle. When a truck exits too early, the probe is oscillating and
free and can come out without damage in order to go right back to work.
Our sampling device works hydraulically and is calibrated to recognise obstacles or the bottom of the truck so as not to
damage it. If the probe is not used for 5 minutes, the hydraulic pump automatically switches off and it starts back up when
one of the function buttons is pressed.
