The retainership fee does not include actual designing & printing cost of any Market communication
literature or labels, or website development or any other publicity or any type of material printing or
designing cost, both online and offline.

• Delivery & After-Sales support

You will be responsible for the delivery of your products and services to the end user as agreed. The
delivery timeline will be committed in writing to the end user after getting a written confirmation
from you on the same, if such need arises. It will be your responsibility to deliver the products or
services at the agreed location in agreed timeline.
