After the admission process held between 15-16th July, 2023 for MCLIS Course,

1. This offer of admission is provisional and does not create any right to admission in favour
of the candidate. NLIU, Bhopal shall not be responsible for any expenditure made by the
candidate in this regard. Any false or misleading information in this regard shall be illegal
and will lead to revocation of this provisional offer and /or cancellation of admission during
the course of study in MCLIS Course and NLIU shall be at full liberty to take appropriate
legal action against such candidate.

2. The candidate named above are required to report in person for admission in the Samadhan
Bhawan of NLIU Bhopal from 10:00 am to 03:00 p.m. on or before 24-07-2023 With
original and a set of self-attested photocopy documents to complete the admission
formalities:
a. Marksheet of 10th Examination and Passing Certificate.
b. Marksheet of 12th Examination or its equivalent and Passing Certificate.
c. Marksheet of Graduation.
d. Under Graduate Certificate.
e. Transfer Certificate.
f. Migration Certificate.
g. Character Certificate.
h. Affidavit Intervening Period in original, if there is a gap of one or more year between
the qualifying examination and the year 2023.
i. MCLIS- 2023 Admit Card.
j. Valid EWS Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
k. Original Cast Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
l. Original Domicile Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
m. Person with Disability Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
n. Copy of the fund transfer certificate/receipt to the NLIU bank account.

3. Candidates must deposit the fee through CAMU ERP portal (You’ll receive login details
on your registered mail id).

4. A candidate who fails to comply above conditions it shall be conclusive that he/she is not
interested in taking admission at NLIU, Bhopal. Consequently, this offer for admission shall
stand automatically withdrawn and his/her seat shall be treated as vacant and this vacant
seat may be offered to the candidate next in merit and no request shall be entertained by the
NLIU, Bhopal in this regard thereafter.

5. Hostel facility shall not be provided to the students residing within the territorial limit of
Bhopal Municipal Corporation due to availability of limited seats in the hostels. For MCLIS
candidates hostel facility may be provided to outside students at other campus on sharing
basis (bunker beds) due to limited availability in the hostel at NLIU Campus.
