Abat Oliba CEU University (UAO CEU) is one of three universities
in the San Pablo CEU Foundation. Ever since it became a private
university in 2003, UAO CEU has been committed to an original
academic model that places the connection between teacher and
student at the heart of its programmes, implementing innovative

Those applying to take this Official Master’s in Logistics and International Trade must hold either a higher university degree
title from Spain, or a foreign degree (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in the Anglo-Saxon system). This profile includes:

This master's includes 10 credits (100 working hours) of a part-time internship in the fields of Logistics, Transport and International Trade,
with multinational businesses and organisations. The programme directors are responsible for providing the student with work experience in
companies. The completion of these credits is compulsory, but may be considered covered by appropriate work experience.

European Port Experience
European Port Experience is a programme of advanced
studies in management and business related to ports.
It consists of a four-day study trip to the ports of
Rotterdam (9th largest port in the world and 1st largest
in Europe in terms of operations) and Antwerp (the 2nd
largest port in Europe) for advanced training taught by
specialist industry managers.
The programme is completed with a subsequent visit
to Barcelona Port (the largest Mediterranean port for
tourist business).
The programme sees students attending classes at
the port facilities and visiting the sites. Travel and
accommodation is included in the programme.

Admissions
process
1 Applications
The candidate must apply through the Prospective Student Portal available
on the university website. The ordinary application period ends in July and
the extraordinary application period ends in September.

2 Interview
For some programmes, a specific admissions test must be taken, in addition
to a personal interview where the following selection criteria are taken into
account: academic record, professional experience and complementary
training. Such interviews may be conducted in person or via Skype.

3 Admission
The Admissions Committee evaluates applications and makes the final
decision within approximately fifteen days from the time the application is
complete.

If the decision is favourable, the candidate must reserve their place on the
programme. Once you have passed the entrance requirements and provided
the necessary documentation, you will be able to register online.

Admission to the programme is only for the academic year in which the
candidate applies.

If a minimum number of students is not reached, the University may cancel the master’s. In the case of
suspension of the programme, students will be notified three weeks in advance.
