Additional Comments:  Second nature and identifies all critical
structures in the pelvis. Including high risk surface areas such
as genitalis and skin between target and surface posterior to
sacrum.

Successfully places the isocenter using simulation data. Satisfactory [2 pts]

Correctly generates plan using blocks, wedges, segmented Satisfactory [2 pts]

fields. Additional Comments:  Created 2 plans, one with wedges on
the lateral field and one with field in field technique. Compared
both plans side by side and chose the better plan.

Generates plan with appropriate weighting. Satisfactory [2 pts]

Additional Comments:  Hotter spots in all four corners of the
box target area indicates correct weighting of the beams.

Generates plan with appropriate energies. Satisfactory [2 pts]

Additional Comments:  Used mixed energies with 10MV Ant,
6MV Post, and 18 Laterals.

Accurately generates/evaluates plan DVH or composite DVH Satisfactory [2 pts]

(for correct # of fractions).

Communicates effectively with physician for plan review and Satisfactory [2 pts]
makes changes as requested.

Exports/Prints appropriate plan data. Satisfactory [2 pts]

Performs a verification calculation for plan MU settings. Satisfactory [2 pts]
