residence at Lot 3 Block 12 Road 5 Arveemar Homes Brgy. San Isidro,

Angon Rizal, DO HEREBY NAME CONSTITUTE and APPOINT JINNY

AGUINALDO MARCELO (my husband), Filipino of legal age residing at

Lot 3 Block 12 Road 5 Arveemar Homes Brgy. San Isidro Angono Rizal,

as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead,

and to perform the following acts:

1. To represent me during hearing of Criminal Case No. 21-034 and

21-035 for the Crime Estafa under HON. GEORGE ANDY B.

PANTANOSAS, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court Branch 2,

Province of Rizal;

2. To attend conference and other court hearings in connection with

and related to my aforesaid action/s brought or to be filed for or

against me concerning the same subject matter, with full authority

to delegate this power to another person or attorney who will

attend to the case;

3. To enter into compromise agreement and/or amicable settlement

in my name and stead, to submit to alternative modes of dispute

resolution, and make admissions or stipulations of facts and

documents without further consultation from me; and

4. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver contracts and agreements,

other papers and/or money to effect with his power stated in this

authorization pertinent to the above-described authority.

I hereby grant my representative full power and authority to execute and

perform every act necessary to render effective the power to compromise

as though I myself have so performed it and hereby approving all that he

may do by virtue of these presents.
