When you need to highlight the empty, do you still hold Ctrl and click the cell one by one?
Follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Highlight the Range if Cells that you need to find through.
Method 1: Step 2: Go to Home > Editing > Find & Select > Find or Ctrl + F.
Method 2: Step 2: Go to Home > Editing > Find & Select > “Go to” or Ctrl + G. Then,
click Special… or Go to Home > Editing > Find & Select > “Go To Special”.
First, Highlight the Range if Cells that you need to find through. Then, go to Find.
Method 1:
Go to “Options > >” > “Format” > Fill and Choose the colour you need to hightlight.
Method 2:
Go to “Options > >” > “Format” > Choose Format From Cell…

Then, the yellow-coloured cells are highlighted. Now, try to hightlight the red-coloured cells.
Go To
After you define the Defining and Summing up the Coloured Cell
name as “Yellow”,
After that, you may define the name of yellow-coloured cells as “Yellow”.

select Yellow, and
Press OK.

In this example, the formula: ‘=COUNTIF(I1:M14,I17)’ is used to find the quantity of number 1
in the range of I1:M14. Then, drag down the formula to below to calculate the quantity of
number 2 to 10.
Click Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values.

Conditional Rules
In the box next to values with, pick the formatting you want to apply to the duplicate
values, and then click OK.
