WHY DELOITTE?- There are a lot of reason why I choose Deloitte:
1)I have a plan work in Big4 especially to work in Deloitte: I made some
research about Big4 companies on internet and from my friends. I decided
that I have to work in Deloitte. Deloitte has very well reputation local and
international market and Deloitte has the big clients such as BP Azal Silkway
and ect. I know that I will learn many things from these companies.
2) i want to be qualified person in future. I know that you support employees
in your company for their personal professional development. Whether it is
a job training process or ACCA exams. I know from persons (someone in
Deloitte) that in Deloitte employees have minimum mandatory 40-50
training hours in each level. Additionally, I know that Deloitte encourages
the employees to take Acca exams minimum 2 exam each year.
3)Employee evaluation and feedback system:
As I mentioned before I want to be one of the most qualified person in
Azerbaijan. I know that you have the individual evaluation and feedback
system. Feedback is a gift for me coz we are human being and we can make
some mistakes during work. We have some strengths and weaknesses.
Knowing them and working on it I think is the best factor to achieve my
goals. That is why timely and properly feedback system will escalate this
process.
 I want to advance in my career and achieve it as soon as I can, and I know
that it is possible to become a manager in your company within 5 6 years.
This is an indicator of the value that Deloitte gives to employees.

What are your purposes in future?- I want to build my successful career in

future in Azerbaijan, I want to be a manager AA in five years. And I also want
to be ACCA member as soon as possible and know that I can do it …..
Why Auditor?- i think it would be boring for me to work in one area with the
same effort. But i know that Auditors work with different clients and
different industries with deadlines. And they are aware of the how different
industries work. Besides this if you are auditor you will deal with new cases
and you should investigate the case. And I think I will develop by facing with
new situations every day. Being an auditor at Deloitte will also help me stay
fresh in the market. Because working in Deloitte always enable me to keep
a competitive advantage in the market.
What is an Audit process? - Auditors check the information in the financial
statements and give audit opinion about whether the financial statements
represents true and fair view of the company.
