Please note that DRiV is not liable for any warranty extended by any re-seller and the re-seller’s
warranty – not this warranty from DRiV – will be the exclusive warranty for the product
purchased. For all warranty claims and requested replacements, the first retailer purchaser
must return the alleged defective unit, together with a dated proof-of-purchase (receipt or bill of
sale) to the authorized dealer from which the product or products were originally purchased.
Adequate proof of purchase, confirming you are the first retail purchaser, is required for
coverage under this warranty.

DRiV has no way to confirm the authenticity and quality of products sold through unauthorized
resellers and is not obligated to honor warranty claims when purchased from an unauthorized
individual, unauthorized dealer, or unauthorized online retailer. Purchases made through
auction sites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, or other unauthorized online retailers
are not be eligible for warranty. Third party Amazon.com sellers are not authorized resellers;
therefore, product purchased from these resellers will not be eligible for warranty.

This applies to all DRiV's product brands including Monroe®, Walker®, MOOG®, Fel-Pro®,
Wagner®, Ferodo®, Champion®, National®, Sealed Power®, FP Diesel®, Rancho®,
Dynomax®, Thrush®, Speed Pro® and others.
