I have contacted the previous VA who was working as Sourcing Agent for us to satisly that he had complied our internal policies of fair business practices. Despite being weekend we managed to have contact with him and took documents from him and attached herewith. As he was working with us as VA who was handling the full account of Amazon. He was doing sourcing and listing for us, We believer that can satisfy the Amazon ‘Team and resolve it ASAP and restore listing. Ours is a legit business and company doing business since 2013 and we valued Amazon and appreciate their vision of earth most customer centric company.
