SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ROSALIE L. BANKAYAN, of legal age, single, Filipino and resident of Molo, Iloilo
City do by these presents hereby appoint my son Carlito L. Bankayan , of legal age, single,
Filipino and a resident of Molo, Iloilo City to be my attorney-in-fact to do the following acts and
deeds, to wit:

1. To do all things whatsoever which is the opinion of my said Attorney-in-fact shall be

expedient to do or execute for me and on my behalf;
2. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Power to represent me as such
customarily and legally in that matter that affects my interest;
3. That I therefore agreed to ratify and confirm whatsoever my said Attorney-in-fact shall
do or purport to do by virtue of the deed and also indemnity me against all charges,
expenses, losses and cost, which he may incur in the execution of the lawful Power I
confer upon him.
4. To do all acts of ownership to achieve the foregoing objective

WHEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I/we might or could
lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my/our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done or have already done by
virtue of this Special Power of Attorney.
