I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the enthusiastic and passionate youth of Barangay
Maguikay, I am delightful to extend a heartfelt invitation to you and to your organization to be part of
our upcoming event, Linggo Ng Kabataan, which will be hosted entirely by the young minds of the
society.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Council will hold the annual Linggo ng Kabataan for our youth.

Linggo ng Kabataan is a dynamic and inclusive event aimed at empowering the youth and fostering
sense of unity, creativity, and social responsibility. Our Sangguniang Kabataan Council have meticulously
planned an exciting program that includes Poster and Slogan Making, Larong Pinoy, Amazing race, and
others. Through this event, we aim to create a platform where the youth can express their talents,
exchange ideas, and learn different values.

We firmly believe that the active support of an organization like yours, you will play pivotal role in
inspiring our youth and guiding them towards a better future. It would be impossible to accomplish our
goal without your help. So in order to make this event a reality, We are requesting your good office to
let us borrow stage to cater our presentations and events on August 8, 2023.

This event will run from August 8-12, 2023. Its opening program will be held at the Barangay Hall of
Barangay Maguikay, and the closing program will be in Maguikay Elementary School, wherein the
Amazing Race will take place and requires us a bigger venue.

Your support and participation would mean the world to us and to the future leaders attending thr
Linggo Ng Kabataan. Let us together create an impactful event that ignited the flane of inspiration in the
hearts of our youth.
