IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• Tickets may be printed (in B&W or color) but can also be presented and scanned on your smart
phone. Keep this ticket in a safe place. The promoter is not responsible for any inconveniences
caused by unauthorized duplication.
• The QR-code is allowing only one entry per scan. Readmissions are not allowed.
• This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for
which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. Unauthorized duplication or sale of
this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
• Any commercial or promotional use of this ticket is strictly prohibited and requires prior
approval of the promoter of the show.
• Security personnel is entitled to search ticketholders and their belongings. Professional
cameras, video cameras or recorders are not allowed inside the venue, neither are bottles,
cans, alcohol or food. The promoter reserves the right to exclude without compensation any
punter whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, to represent a threat to other punters or a
security issue in general.
• EVENT DATE, TIME, BILLING & VENUE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE and are not a valid reason for
a refund, NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREAFTER.
• If a show is postponed to a different date, your ticket remains valid for that new date and you
will be informed by e-mail. Tickets for rescheduled events may be refunded with promoter’s
approval and indication.
• In case a show is being cancelled, the ticket will be refunded automatically onto your credit
card account used for the purchase. Only the face-value of the ticket is subject to a refund
(that does not include presale tax or system fee). If issued complimentary, your ticket shall not
be exchangeable and will not entitle you to a refund.
• In the event of a cancellation or a date change, travel expenses are not being reimbursed.
Ticketholders are requested to inform themselves before commencement of travel if a show is
going ahead as planned. The website www.atelier.lu is being updated regularly in this regard.
• SANITARY PROTOCOLS: Promoter, venue and artist reserve the right to insist that attendees
comply with all health and safety protocols and entry requirements specified by the promoter,
venue and artist regardless of whether such measures are required by law (including by way
of example: a requirement to present proof of vaccination or a negative test result etc.)
• This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face value
of the ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation
without compensation. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or ticket touts may be
lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Ticket counterfeiters will be prosecuted. The name
of the Lead Booker is printed on all tickets of one specific purchase order. Where more than
one ticket has been purchased, each guest in the party may be required to arrive with the
Lead Booker at the venue on the night of the show. The Lead Booker may be required to
provide a valid form of photo ID (original format, no photocopies) matching the Lead Booker
name on the tickets if requested to do so. Failure to provide this could result in refusal of
admission to the concert.
• Children under 14 need to be accompanied by a parent or another adult if parental consent
can be provided.
• By attending a show and being part of the audience, you are aware that you may be recorded,
filmed or photographed. The use of professional cameras and/or sound equipment is
prohibited during the show.
• The present ticket is governed by the Laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and by the
Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time and as published on our homepage
www.atelier.lu.
• We recommend to use earplugs during a concert! Enjoy the show!
