A-1 The instrument will not work even though 1. The connection part for power source may be loose. 1. Turn the instrument power off. Check that the power cord

2. Cold Reset
Step 1. Push 'Power button & ◀ (Left direction) button key'

1. Taking instrument to pieces
1.1 Top Case 2.The change of parts
(1) Remove screws: Using +screw driver, remove screws behind Top-Case out of the The instrument has module construction. Each module can be replaced individually.

2.2 Bottom-Case

Remove Screw: Using  screw driver, remove

2.1 Main PCB (Electronic Board) 2.3 Printer Module
Step1. Remove Printer Module (refer to 2.3 Printer Module) Step1.Remove 3 screws from Printer PCB(Electronic Board) and then pull out printer
Step2. Remove 4screws from Main-PCB and then separate connector. connector.
Step2. Change Printer-PCB, and then reassemble New_ Printer_PCB as shown in step
no. 1.

Step3.Change Main-PCB, and then reassemble New_ Main PCB .

2.2 LCD 2.4 Plate Sensor


Step1. Remove 2screws from LCD PCB and then separate connector. Step1.Remove Body Case (Refer to 2.5 MOTER Case/Step 1 no).
Step2.Remove 2 screws from Plate Sensor_PCB(Electronic Board).

Step2.Change LCD-PCB, and then reassemble New_ LCD PCB .


Step3.Change Plate Sensor-PCB, and then reassemble New_ Plate Sensor PCB .

2.5 MOTER Case 2.6 CIS module
Step1.Remove Body Case. Step1. Remove Body Case. (Refer to 2.5 MOTER Case / Step 1 no).
Step2. Remove 1 screws and then Pull out CIS module connector.
Step3.Change CIS module, and then reassemble reversibly

3. Set R% Value Change Method (referred to ‘R% Value_300 ‘)

Step1. Power On the reader

Step2. Press ESC for 2 times


Step2. Remove 4screws from Moter Case.
Step3. (in the Menu) press number 8 key for 3 times
Step4. (in the screened 'Set R% Value') move parameter using direction keys
Step5. (to reduce sensitivity of this parameter) exchange the value from
parnameter
Step6. Press ESC for 1 time.
Step7. (in the Menu) Press ESC for 1 time.
Step8. Come back to the home screen and measure the test result.
Step3.Change Moter Case, and then reassemble New_ Moter Case .
