(vi) Section E has 3 case based integrated units of assessment (04 marks each) with sub-parts of the values of 1, 1 and 2 marks
each respectively.
(vii) All questions are compulsory. However, an internal choice in 2 questions of 5 marks, 2 questions of 3 marks and 2
questions of
2 marks has been provided. An internal choice has been provided in the 2marks questions of Section E
(viii) Draw neat figures wherever required. Take S =22/7 wherever required if not stated.

32. A round table cover has six equal designs as shown in figure. 5

A brooch is made with silver wire in the form of a circle with diameter
35 mm. The wire is also used in making 5 diameters which divide the circle

(i) The total length of the silver wire required.

36. The Pacific Ring of Fire is a major area in the basin of the Pacific Ocean where
many earthquakes and volcanic eruptions occur. In a large horseshoe shape, it is
associated with a nearly continuous series of oceanic trenches, volcanic arcs, and
