Instructions for Resetting ND Dome Luminaires

• Power cycle the luminaires

• Start on main screen of Interact Agri app > tap “Settings” wheel in top right of screen > enter Project Settings page
• Tap and hold in the right hand corner of the screen (just below your battery, wifi, and signal icons) to access Bluetooth
scanning
• Tap “Discover Lights” > tap “Select all” > once call luminaires are selected, tap “Factory Reset” in the pink banner at
the bottom of the page > tap “Reset Lights”
• In the Bluetooth function, you can confirm which luminaires are “Uncommissioned” (reset) or “Commissioned” (tied
to the gateway)
• Once all lamps are “Uncommissioned”, you can exit the Bluetooth function and re-commission gateway and lamps
normally

BLE mass factory reset (installer-only function)

Hidden App will search for available lights, not using

button Zigbee but Bluetooth. In order to find all
lamps, its best to stand in the middle of the
Press 5 secs barn.

Easily see if there are uncommissioned

lamps, or if all lamps are connected to a
mesh.

Lamps can be blinked individually and reset

by checking the box.
Factory reset max 100 lamps in one time.
Note that each lamp will take few secs to
reset.
When lamps are reset with this feature,
there is no longer the need to reset gateway,
as released slots are automatically cleaned
by Interact app.
You are going to use the Bluetooth
connectivity of the ND Dome lamps.
Powercycle (switching power on/off) is
needed to open the Bluetooth connectivity.
After 24 hrs the Bluetooth is automatically
