Greetings in the name of Public Service!

Since July 28, 2023, typhoon Falcon has brought incessant heavy rains causing floods
in our barangay. Right after the landfall, flash floods occurred suddenly, due to rapidly
rising water along a stream and low-lying areas in Barangay Rosario, triggering forced
evacuation.

To be able to augment some basic needs of my fellow Rosarians, I am writing to your

good and kind office to please help us lessen their burden thru DOLE TUPAD slots
wherein more than 300 families were affected. Attached to this letter are pictures of
affected areas for your reference. Your utmost concern in helping my people will be
highly appreciated. Thank you for always helping the needy and providing assistance to
improve the lives of Filipino people. More power!
