familiar with those present for the meeting.

A. Alumni Gathering in October – The Principal briefed the alumni about the two-day
program in October. 28th will be a registration day cum visit to the school for all alumni.
Fun games will be organised for those interested. The formal program will be on 29th
October with an assembly beginning at 9.30 am followed by an inauguration of the event
with cultural program by students of the school. There will be a coffee break that will be
followed by the Keynote address by a speaker. We are looking for any expert / speaker for
deliberation on climate sustainability / clean energy / renewable energy. If anyone has some
connections, one needs to connect with the school.

B. Registrations for the gathering – 15th September will be the last date for all registrations
to be completed. The Principal had requested all those who were present to expedite the
registration process with their batchmates. It was affirmed that without getting the number
of participants, it would be a herculean task to plan. Further, a clarification was given by the
Principal about the logic behind the registration fee – (i) that it’s for two events, (ii) that the
junior alumni’s fee is subsidised as they are still studying, (iii) that we need to meet the
expenses of two days snacks with coffee / tea, one lunch and one dinner with music, (iv)
that we need to extend hospitality to teachers who come from outstation for the event and
(v) that we need to give a welcome kit / memorabilia for all those who come for the event.
