CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY

I, whose name and other personal circumstances are herein stated, do hereby file this Certificate of
Candidacy for Lyceum Northwestern University (LNU) - Law Student Government (LSG) in the
consensus election for the S/Y 2023-2024 and I do hereby declare my intention and desire to be
nominated and serve for the particular position of

and I further state the following circumstances pursuant to my candidacy:
Platform: To ensure that every voice of 4th yr level law student in LNU will be heard
My personal goal, if I am going to be elected as the 4th Year level Representative is-to make sure that every
voice of 4th year level law student will be heard.
That, every law students will have the chance and opportunity to voice out their concerns, sentiments and
complaints with regards to their studies in the College of Law, thus it includes the following aspects;
1. Financial
2. Academic
3. Administrative treatment
4. Physical Facilities of the College of Law
5. And other necessary and relevant factors that affects the mental, social and general well-being of
every 4th year law students.
That, if I be elected I will see to it that every 4th year law students will treasure their studies in the College of
Law.
That, I be watchful for the welfare of the 4th year level when it comes to their preparation of the bar exams,
and other related matters that may affect their academic performances.
That I will see to it that rights of the students will be recognized and their voices be heard.
COORDINATION WITH THE DEAN, PROFESSORS, FACULTY MEMBERS AND UNIVERSITY STAFFS
AND ALL OTHER CONCERNS
To discuss the matter of concerns of 4th year students.
Implement whatever has agreed upon with the approval of the Dean’s Office in accordance with the
University Policies, Laws, and Regulation and LEB Guidelines.
Before the matter of concern elevated to the College of Law Grievance Committee, a preliminary mediation
between the Student Body Grievance Committee hearing will be conducted and if the matter has not
amicably settled, it will be elevated to the Chairman of LNU College of Law Committee.
That I will see to it that rights of the students will be recognized and their voices be heard and be given due
process according to the CLAW’S Policies and Regulations and LEB Guidelines.
