SCHEDULE
Homework Policy
● I am not opposed to parental guidance on
homework, but please remember that I use
homework to gauge progress.
● There will be more classwork given than homework.

12
Late Work
● $25 class fine for late work
● $50 for extra copy of an assignment
● Students are expected to turn in homework the day it is due.

15
Corrections
● To correct an assignment means that the student did not
follow the directions correctly on the assignment. In this
case, the teacher may ask the student to correct and return
the assignment.
● Math corrections will need to be completed on a specific
Math Correction Sheet.
● Corrections are completed at the teacher’s discretion.

16
Redos
● To redo an assignment means the student is expected to
do the assignment again because the learning standard
has not been met.
● The teacher may meet with the student to review the
content.
● The student should correct the errors and resubmit.
● Redos are completed at the teacher’s discretion.

Retakes
● To retake a test or quiz, the student can fill out the Retake
Request digital form.
● On this form, students will need to answer some reflection
questions.
● Students must complete the retake request form within one
day of receiving the graded assessment.
● Once students receive their scored assessment, one week will
be given for students to retake the test or quiz; however, this is
at the teacher’s discretion.

that their teacher feels will help he or she improve on the
retake:

● Review and correct the original test.
● Provide evidence of additional studying/preparation for
the retake (ex. study notes, note cards, Google slides
