I am writing to inform you of my resignation as Hema-Onco Staff Nurse, effective 7

weeks from today. My last day of work will be October 2, 2023.
I understand that 30 days notice is required to give you an opportunity to find a
suitable replacement. I would be glad to provide any assistance during my remaining
days with you.

Working at Hema-Onco Unit has been a rewarding experience, and I have enjoyed
my time working with you. I learned great deal about working with patients having
cancer. I thank you for the training and opportunity to grow with you in my nursing
career.

My decision to leave was difficult, but I have decided to accept position
