INSTRUCTIONS FOR STALL DESIGNING

Maximum Stall Height Limit will be 12 Ft. (Stall Design above this Limit is not
permitted).
Back Wall of Stall Should be Covered With White plain Flex.
Open Side of Stall Should not be covered by full partition wall.
Last Date for approval of Stall Design: 5 August 2023
Send Your Stall Designing work on Google Form: bit.ly/46XNdos
It is Compulsory to write your Stall No. in Stall Design.
Use of flame retardant law smoke (FRLS) cables (1Sq.mm.) it must by booth
designer / Exhibitor.
FRLS cable must be used in 3 pin sockets which can connect to power socket in
booth provided by Organizer.
Share your stall designing Agency Details as per under and kindly deposit
security Demand Draft (DD) of RS. 25000/- (Refundable) from your stall
Designer in favour of PHARMATECHNOLOGYINDEX.COM PRIVATE LIMITED.
Penalty Clause as per PHARMATECHNOLOGYINDEX.COM PRIVATE LIMITED.
Be aware for time frame.

STALL DESIGNING WORK TIME

22 August 2023:- 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
23 August 2023:- 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM
24 August 2023:- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Stall Design work must be completed
before 6:00pm on 24 August 2023.

Note:- No work will be permitted after this timing, After this time no one will
be allowed to stay within the exhibition premises

MATERIAL MOVE - OUT TIME

R. E. Roger will begin returning empty container as soon as the aisle carpeting is
removed from the exhibit floor. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the
exhibit facility by  27th August 2023 AT 12:00  Midnight. Materials remaining in
the facility will be destroyed at exhibitor's expense.
