COMES NOW accused PABLITO DOLCE TAGLE JR., thru the undersigned
counsel, and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully aver that:

1. On August __, 2023, the accused pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of
Attempted Homicide, and was accordingly sentenced to suffer the indeterminate
penalty of imprisonment from _________ to __________;

2. Accused no longer intends to appeal the above decision and intends to

avail of the privilege provided under Section 9 of P.D. 968, as amended and further
amended by Section 2 of R.A. 10707, otherwise known as the PROBATION LAW,
as he is not among those disqualified offenders as enumerated therein;

3. Accused undertakes to comply with such terms and conditions as this

Honorable Court may impose, should this application for probation be granted;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that accused’s application for probation be APPROVED or
GRANTED.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are likewise prayed for.
