Dear fellow advisers,

Good day!

In line with maintaining our SHS Gulayan sa Paaralan, clean and green, please be advised that changes in schedule
and assigned area shall take effect at the start of second semester.

The adviser of the class shall assign selected students to visit their Gulayan area daily, from Monday to Friday, before
and after their classes and bringing with them their cleaning materials and gardening tools. For the assigned area,
measures on “Tapat Mo, Linis Mo” will be implemented.

The following will be monitored daily by the monitoring team I assigned.

1. The vegetable plants are watered.

2. The grounds are free from trashes. (trashes will be placed in garbage bags or sacks by team and shall pay Php
20 per sack/bag at the gate)
3. The grounds are free from wild grass “ligaw na damo” (students shall bring their own gardening tool, such as
“dulos” or “gwantes” for weeding)
4. If there are no vegetable plants yet on the area assigned, the team will plan in growing vegetable plants in
their area. (this can either be vertical gardening, tire planting or other recyclable material they can use in
improving their garden)
5. If the walls are not painted, the team may plan on painting the walls, observing uniformity with the paint of
walls painted already.

The following is the teaming up with their assignment:

Team Masigasig: STEM 1101, HUMSS 1101, ICT 1101 and HUMSS 1203 (the back of CR and stairs are included in your area.)
Team Masipag: ABM 1201, HUMSS 1102, ICT 1201 and HUMSS 1202
Team Matiyaga: STEM 1201, HUMSS 1103, ABM 1101 and HUMSS 1201 (the back of CR and stairs are included in your area.)
The team with most maintained and improved area will receive recognition at the end of the semester.
