How to Use For City or Municipal Disaster Risk reduction and Management Offices (DRRMOs): 1. The City or Municipal DRRMO must register and create an account as Accrediting Body, subject to approval of the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Regional Office. The OCD Regional Office will conduct verification on the legitimacy of the application of the City or Municipal DRRMO. 2. Once approved, the City or Municipal DRRMO can login and use the site to review and approve the accreditation of Volunteer Organizations. For Community Disaster Volunteer Organizations: 1. The Volunteer Organization must register, create account and apply for accreditation under the City or Municipal DRRMO. 2. Once the account is created, the Volunteer Organization can proceed to provi organizational profile and submit documentary requirements. 3. Once approved, the Volunteer Organization is now accredited by the City or Municipal DRRMO. Note: Individual volunteers must be affiliated formally to an organization in order to become accredited Documentary Requirements for Government Volunteer Organizations For volunteer organizations that are base from government agencies, local government units, or community-based National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC) units, the following must be prepared for online submission: * Documentation/certification /memorandumy official proof of government affiliation * Each member must be a Filipino citizen, at least 18 years old, and must submit the following: - Valid government-issued ID - Birth certificate - NBI or Police Clearance - Documentation/certification/proof of at least one (1) year DRRM experience (for specialized volunteer work requirements) - Medical certificate (for specialized volunteer work requirements) - For resident foreign nationals, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (for resident foreign nationals) and other requirements for Filipino citizen - Signed parental consent (for volunteer below 21 years old) Documentary Requirements for Non- Government Volunteer Organizations For volunteer organizations that are q non-government (CSOs or private sector), the following must be prepared for online submission: * Accomplished Application Form for Accreditation * Certification from SEC, CDA, DOLE, DSWD, or any authorized agency * Signed financial statement of the preceding year * Documentation/certification/proof that DRRM is one of the primary activities * Documentation/certification/proof of at least two (2) years DRRM experience * Proof of physical office, equipped with basic furniture and facilities * Each member must be a Filipino citizen, at least 18 years old, and must submit the following: - Valid government-issued ID - Birth certificate - NBI or Police Clearance - Documentation/certification/proof of at least one (1) year ORRM experience (for specialized volunteer work requirements) - Medical certificate (for specialized volunteer work requirements) - For resident foreign nationals, Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (for resident foreign nationals) and other requirements for Filipino citizen/li> - Signed parental consent (for volunteer below 21 years old)
