The primary focus of this paper revolves around the social and ethical challenges, which are
faced especially in the Precision medicine and related to the responsibility care and vulnerability
of the responsible innovation. It has been explained that it is the responsibility of the innovators
to make sure that the new inventions, which are being introduced with the new technology, are
environmentally friendly and sustainable.  It is necessary in order to create a balanced
relationship between responsible Innovation and economic growth, which are otherwise share
and an unhappy relation.
