Job Scope:
Having responsible for :
a. Develop manpower planning base-on the baseline
b. Develop equipment mob and demob planning base-on the baseline
c. Compile activity photos from the construction group
d. Communicate and compile information from PIC for each construction activity,
including local JV, with a google form
e. Update daily manpower and daily non-working days
f. Prepare a daily report and submit it to PatimOne (Engineer)

Support of:
a. Migration the baseline schedule from Ms Project to Primavera P6
b. Develop S-Curve base-on the baseline
c. Update of weekly tracking of construction schedule and equipment planning, including weekly S-Curve
d. Update of actual quantity work done
e. Compile and prepare three-week schedule update and analysis and revision of the work program
f.Coordination and updating the narrative for weekly progress report and weekly progress report and
submission (presentation slide)
g. Prepare MoM weekly meeting of the project
And other task was instructed by his/her superior

Skill and Ability

Excel in advance level
Primavera P6
Ms. Project
Fluent in English
Independent, self-motivated and willing to work long hours, and able to work under pressure
