Carl´s guests are greeting

them, but Ellie´s are not so happy. The couple enters their new house. They fix, paint and
furnish it. Ellie´s dream came true. Carl and Ellie spend time together, they´re walking in the
park and having a picnic, while looking at the clouds of different shapes. They work at the zoo
together, Carl is selling balloons and Ellie is a zookeeper. They read books together and go out
to the park. They look at the clouds that turn into babies. Carl and Ellie decorate child´s
bedroom. Ellie´s crying at the gynecologist´s in the hospital, Carl´s comforting her. Ellie´s
outside the house sitting on a chair in the garden. Carl comes to her with her adventure books
in his hands. They smile. Ellie draws a painting of their house in the Paradise Falls and they
start saving up for the trip. But some complications come to their way and each time they have
to spend the saved money. As times go by everyday Ellie ties Carl’s tie before going to work as
Carl still sells balloons. They spend their free time together. But they’ve almost forgot about
the Paradise Fall jar. Carl and Ellie clean the house and Carl sees a picture of little Ellie in a
pilot’s helmet. Carl goes to a travel agency and buys tickets to Venezuela. Ellie feels bad while
walking. She is at the hospital reading her adventure book when she gets a piece of paper tied
to the balloon. Carl comes to her and takes her hand, she gives him her adventure book. Carl
kisses her in the forehead. Carl is sitting in the church with the balloon in his hand next to a
funeral wreath. He comes back into his house that is now dark and colorless.
