Supply and deliver to site including taxes and duties, insurance,
freight, loading and unloading and storing at site, complete
erection and installation, painting, all necessary fixing
accessories, site testing, setting to work and attendance during
the running and maintenance period of all plant and equipment
supplied as specified and as shown on the drawings.

AIR SCOUR SYSTEM

A Minimum 75 m3/min @ 0.4 bar air blower system complete with nr 2

motor, damper, silencer, check valve, air filter, pressure gauge,
pressure relief valve and all other accessories.

B Acoustic treatment for air blower. The acoustic enclosure panel sum
shall be removable type or easy to dismantle for maintenance of
blower. Rate to Include all necessary intake silencer, minimum
750mm wide acoustic door and other necessary accessories and
fittings.

FLUSHING SYSTEM

C Booster pumpset at minimum 60 m3/hr at 4 bar for flushing nr 2

system at the process tank.

D MS pipework (�100mm dia.} and SS304 pipework (<100mm dia.) sum

from booster pump in machinery room to filters and
sedimentation tanks for cleaning purpose. Rate to include valves,
suction and delivery pressure gauges, control pressure switch,
all necessary fittings and pipeworks, quick coupling, stop cock,
nozzle, 65mm landing valves, 5S304 pipe support and all other
necessary items and works.

E 50mm dia. SS304 pipeworks and fittings for desludging system sum
flushing/purging. Rate to include all necessary 5S304 pipe
support and accessories.

F 50mm dia. PN10 air release sluice valve. nr 16
