Introduction: Education and upbringing of music in the classroom and outside of school is
directly based on the teaching system in the classroom, and on the basis of common goals and
tasks, it consistently develops students' interest and needs in music.
It is known that general education schools do not set the main goal of preparing students for
professional music activities. However, understanding music, perceiving it, and being
emotionally affected by it should be characteristic of every student, regardless of whether he will
become a musician or an artist in the future. It is well known that people who are well trained in
music have a higher artistic taste and a richer perception.
Literature review: A good implementation of extracurricular activities on music in school is of
great importance in filling the content of musical education and upbringing in all aspects,
becoming perfect and complete. The main goal of extracurricular musical education is to involve
students as much as possible in mass-cultural and club activities, to comprehensively develop
their worldviews, interests and needs, to develop their artistic taste, and thus to educate their
professional culture.
In the mass form of music education outside the classroom, students will participate in a general
way. This form includes participation in various holidays, music auditions, creative meetings,
theater and concerts, "Alifbe" holidays, preparation and participation in meetings with poets,
composers, singers. But for each of these, it is necessary to prepare children in advance
according to their age and interests.
Circles can be formed depending on the capabilities of the school teacher (instrumental,
performance).

The organization of these works depends on the professional training and level of the music
teacher. Organization of every public event and club work with a high artistic taste, conducting it
on a systematic basis is very responsible and requires special love for this work.
Discussion: The public work plan of the music teacher is drawn up taking into account various
holidays, meetings, events, in consultation with the head of spiritual and educational affairs of
the school, the head of the school. Each of the mass music lessons should be carried out based on
a specific goal and a clearly developed plan. It is important to attract students to each event
based on its characteristics. The different nature of the training, the content of the repertoire, the
possibilities of the school, and the invited guests are taken into account. Clubs work plans are
made more depending on the capabilities of the music teacher or club leader. When recruiting
students to the group work, first of all, their interest, musical and singing skills (voice, range) are
taken into account, and they are divided into groups and have 2-3 lessons a week. The school
scene is the thing that shows the activity of the club and determines its effectiveness. Pupils
perform songs, dances, roles at events, gain attention in front of the school team, participate in
city, district, regional, republican competitions. All this serves to educate them in the spirit of
respect for their work, enjoyment, homeland, nature, life, and the art of music.
The main goal of extracurricular musical education is to involve students in public and club
activities as much as possible, to develop their worldview in all aspects, to develop their artistic
taste, and to increase their love for nature and the Motherland. In order to achieve this goal, in
addition to music lessons, public and club activities are conducted in schools. There are two
forms of music education outside the classroom.
1) Mass form of music education.
2) Circular form of music education.
In the mass form of music education outside the classroom, it is necessary to engage children in
a general way without testing their musical learning. These include singing holidays, "Music
Week", "Uzbekistan Watanimmanim", "Ilhom Chashmali" auditions, creative meetings, trips to
theaters and concerts, "Alifbe" holidays, meetings with poets and composers. However, children
should be prepared in advance for each of these, depending on their age and interest. It is
necessary to organize and implement each of these events with a high artistic taste, to acquire the
spirit of a truly artistic and musical holiday.
Results: The public works plan of the music teacher must be approved by the school
administration. The plan of public, musical activities is drawn up in cooperation with the music
teacher and the head of spiritual and educational affairs of the school, the school leader,
depending on the age and interest of the students, taking into account holidays, meetings, events.
This takes into account the students' musical skills and abilities. Each of the mass music lessons
should be carried out on the basis of a clearly developed plan. Depending on the type of training,
its main purpose, features, content of the repertoire, school opportunities, invited guests are taken
into account and students are attracted. The music teacher independently prepares the work of
the circle, the work plan, depending on his wishes and capabilities. The teacher selects students
for group work based on their musical ability, desire, interest, voice and forms different groups.
He works 2-3 times a week in groups. The basis of the club's work is music lessons. Pupils who
are capable, interested and actively participate in music lessons are selected for club work. In the
lesson, taking into account the ability and interest of each child, they are attracted to one or
another music club. What activates the activity of the club is the school scene. Pupils performed
songs and dances at events, gained attention in front of the school team, and participated in
district, city, and national competitions. This makes them enjoy their work, increase their
feelings of love for the Motherland, respect for the art of music, and love among their friends.
Conclusion: The form of extracurricular musical education includes children's music schools,
children's art centers, student palaces, children's theaters, museums.
The children's music and art school offers music (piano, stringed instruments, folk instruments,
