Terms and Conditions :

1. Providing the sample (and in a good condition with no missing part) is the responsibility of the client.
2. Damaged sample or sample with a missing part will not be considered for testing and analysis.
3. A valid Purchase Order is required to start any testing or analysis.
4. Payment: A complete 100% Advanced Payment is required (Wire Transfer).
5. Payment Refund: Once the testing process is started, there is no refund of the payment available.
6. All quoted prices are either in Saudi Arabian Riyals or US Dollar accordingly.
7. Sample retention period is three months (90 Days) AFTER the release of the Test Report.
After 90 days a new request with a new sample will be required for a retest.
8. Payment will be considered done when the funds are received in the company’s nominated bank account.
9. If there is any error or omission in the Quotation, the Company reserves the right to amend the Quotation
price. This clause applies even if it has been accepted by the Customer. In this case the Company will
emit a new updated Quotation.
