Kaylaway NHS: BAYAN KO! MAHAL KO! BUILDING

An integral part to students’ success in school is

to make sure that they have a conducive learning
environment. Amid the challenges by COVID-19
pandemic, Nasugbu Municipal remains a catalyst for
change in the education sector as it turns over school
building to Kaylaway National High School (KNHS) on
April 28 in Kaylaway Nasugbu, Batangas

Through the support from Hon. Antonio A.

Barcelon, this effort was made possible to better
equip the teachers and students of Kaylaway
National High School with quality academic
facilities.

KAYLAWAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Consistent with the disaster resilient design
of a Bayan Ko! Mahal Ko! Building, the newly
constructed two-story four-classroom school
building has 16 ceiling fans, concrete tiled floor,
stock room, four washrooms with flush toilets
and washbin. A new-persons-with disability
(PWD) ramp leading to spacious in going to
classroom with complete handrails have been
added for the comfort of PWDs. This building
was occupied by one section of Grade-8, Grade-9
and two sections of Grade-10 with the total of
150 students.

Dr. Anselmo L. Jolongbayan expressed his
sincerest gratitude to Nasugbu Municipality,
“Our salute to our partner , Nasugbu
Municipality, for being so generous and proactive
in providing us with this school buildings that are
conducive to learning. We are so grateful for your
extended support to our school amidst pandemics.
