Subject: Disciplinary Action for Insubordination

Dear Mr. Aminu Damagani Yabo,

The above subject matter refers. You have come under scrutiny for your willful insubordination and gross
disrespect to the management for refusing to reply the query letter issued to you on May 11, 2021. You
disrespectfully refused to obey the standing order. Moreover, it has been clearly observed that you did it on
purpose which is never ignorable. We always aim at providing a healthy and friendly atmosphere to our
employees which does never mean that such ill-mannered approach would be entertained.

Specifically, several verbal reminders were given to you, which you intentionally and deliberately refused
to provide your response to the query issued to you. This proved to be a willful refusal acknowledging the
fact that you still refused to provide another response.

Furthermore, on April 13th, you given a task to compile a report of loans the bank disbursed to it customers
to be submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria on the 14 th May 2021, this you deliberately declined and
refused to carry out.

Therefore, in compliance with workforce rules and our bank’s staff policy, this cognizance is to notify you that
you have been rusticated from your post, unpaid, for a period of 12 days.

The reason behind taking this step is your violation of behavioral conduct. Your disrespectful and disruptive
attitude will not be accepted. You are advised that any further misconduct will result in disciplinary action, up to
and consequently discharge.
