    Ingredients:

    Wheat flour (gluten) - Unbleached and stone ground,


    Digestive Bran, Rooibos infused (herb with antioxidant and
    preservative qualities), low in Fat, Salt & Sugar.
    VEGAN (no animal products), No chemical
    preservatives, colourants, yeast or
    GMO products used

    Shelf life:
    15 months if sealed and stored in a cool dry place.

    Sizes in Plain and Sweet flavours:


    • 300ml Bowl - Fits in the palm of hand for on-the-go meals
    • 150ml Saucer - Perfect size to bake quiches and
    tarts or to serve small mezze platters
    • 50ml Canape

    Tips & Ideas:


    To restore crispness, bake in oven
    for+- 3 minutes at 100°c (212°F)
    Heat food in microwave on medium
    temperature for+- 3 minutes
    Bake quiches or tarts in 150ml saucer
    or serve small mezze platters
    Should you want the bowl to last longer with cold food
    dished in the bowl, then paint a thin layer of soft butter or
    melted chocolate on the inside of the bowl
