By submitting your photographs wearing XMartial gear, you acknowledge and

agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and License: You represent and warrant that you own all rights,
including copyrights, in the Photographs submitted by you or that you have
obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any third parties depicted in
the Photographs. By submitting the Photographs to our Website, you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce,
distribute, modify, and display the Photographs in connection with our e-commerce
business, including but not limited to product photos, promotional materials,
advertisements, and social media platforms.

2. Consent and Release: You hereby grant us the right to use your name, image,
likeness, and biographical information (if provided) in connection with the
Photographs. You understand and agree that your Photographs may be publicly

and shared by other users or visitors. You release and discharge us, our affiliates,
employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or

any rights. Images may be removed at any time upon request.

3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations,
and guidelines in relation to the Photographs and their submission. You shall not
submit any Photographs that are defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringing upon
any third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any
XMARTIAL RESOURCES Photographs that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses,
damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of

or in connection with any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations
under this disclaimer or any claims arising from the use of the Photographs.

5. Confidentiality: We will use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information

and treat it confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we cannot
guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge and agree that any information
or material you provide in connection with the Photographs is done at your own risk.

By submitting your Photographs to XMartial, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by this Photo and Content Disclaimer. If you
do not agree with any of these terms, please do not submit your Photographs to
us. At any point you want to remove your photo, we can take it down.
