Dear Sir Maalao:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter, dated September 15, 2020, requesting for
payment of just compensation for the lot under OCT No. P-28, 864, Lot 1039, Pls-248 affected
by the road widening project undertaken by this office in Zamboanga Sibugay.

The documents you submitted were initially verified and validated in accordance with D.O. 185,
s.2002. However, in order to process your claim, this Office requires a subdivision plan (per
D.O. 185) which is still pending with the DENR Office for its approval. As soon as the said
document becomes available, this Office shall forward it to the Central Office in support of our
request for funding.
