success through the following areas which covers 4 Ps ( product,
price, place, promotion) as discussed below;

phase. it is taking strides to make its self to force to reckone within
the world. the product are mainly of the telecommunication
company which are the marketing strategy in its marketing mix.
for example, Mtn have the voice and data plan. they have
successfully connected 22 companies in africa. with the aim to
empower each customer irespective of the business.

 Mtn has introduced products like Mtn roam, Mtn Home, which
allows the customer to use the service without any roaming cost

 The business services also has alot of aspects like Mtn cloud,
infrastructure, network, software and enterprise mobility.

 Mtn has also made the customer to use mobile money, so that they
can allow the customers shop on line using this methods

 Mtn alos has alot of services like; the games, music, lifestyle
services and many others which is available in Mtn play.
2. Price;

 Mtn company has adopted various pricing strucutre in diverse


package to satisfy the customers. it does not look only in to the
facts that they need to satisfy the customers which need to some
extent. but also looks profitability of its self.

product for example Mtn magic number which allows the
customer to make free calls all through the day

customers happy. this is away of keeping the customers happy.

ball and making sure that talents are natured properly
