Dear Secretary Pangandaman:

This has reference to the approval of our request to purchase ten (10) motor vehicles for
F.Y. 2024 National Expenditure Program per APMV No. BMB-A-24-0009, amounting to
Twenty million four hundred thousand pesos (Php 20,400,000.00) only.

We are indeed very grateful for the approval. Our concerned personnel from the Central
and Regional Offices will now be able to use safe and reliable vehicles in the delivery of
related services and activities by our agency and stakeholders.

Nonetheless, may we humbly ask for another request—the approval of the change of type
of vehicles, to accommodate appropriate adjustments to the specifications needed by the
end-users. Rest assured that these adjustments are still within the conditions as indicated
in the approval. Moreover, the said changes are sought to provide possible savings that will
be incurred for CPD to be allowed to purchase additional vehicle/s if the amount permits.
Thus, efficiently maximizing the allotted budget.
Please be informed that the said purchase will be part of our Early Procurement Activities.

Your preferential attention on this matter shall be highly appreciated.
