(B) 注意事項 Important Notes

1. 本學期學費以預計修讀的學分計算（每學分$115），並已扣除或抵消前一學期預計修讀和實際修讀學分的差額（如有）。免費學分（如
適用）將於繳費到期日（新生則於第一學期的開課日）用以扣除學費。
Tuition fee for this semester is calculated basing on the estimated credits to be taken ($115 each credit) after deducting or offsetting
the difference between the estimated and actual credits taken in previous semester (if any). Tuition-credits (if applicable) will be
applied to pay the tuition fees on the due date. (For new intakes, deduction will be made on the commencement date of 1 st semester.)
2. 學生未依時繳交全數學費（包括相關費用，例如院校代收的學生會年費（如適用）等），其學籍會被撤銷；重新註冊須獲批准，並需
繳付行政費 $400 及有關之欠款。如有疑問或經濟困難，請於繳費限期前與學生發展處／學院秘書處聯絡。
Students who fail to pay in full the tuition fees (including related fee such as Students’ Union Annual Fee collected by the Institute on
behalf of the Students’ Union (if applicable), etc.) by the payment due date will be liable to deregistration from the programme.
Reinstatement of programme registration is subject to approval and payment of an administration fee of $400 in addition to the
outstanding fees. If you have any questions or financial difficulties, please contact the Student Development Office / College
Secretariat before the payment due date.
3. 學費減免計劃不適用於重讀的單元。學生須退還因重讀單元或因預計與實際修讀學分有差異而多給的減免數額。
Fee Remission Scheme is not applicable to restudy of failed module(s). Students have to refund the fee remission amount granted
in respect of restudy of failed module(s) or overpayment of fee remission arising from the difference between the estimated and
actual number of credits taken.
4. 學生如欲於同一學期重新註冊已退修或因未能於限期前繳交所需費用而被撤銷相關註冊的單元, 每次申請需繳付 $400 行政費。學生
如欲刪減部份重讀／額外選修的單元，須儘早並於繳費限期前通知學院以更改應繳款項。
An administration fee of $400 will be charged per application if a student wishes to reinstate the registration status of a previously
dropped / deregistered module (e.g. due to non-payment of the required fee) in the same semester. If students wish to drop any
restudy / additional modules, they should inform the College well before the payment due date to adjust the payable amount.
5. 學生如在學期開始後退學、休學或自行退修全部／部分單元，仍須繳交所有相關學期的學費及雜費，而相應的免費學分（如適用）亦
會被扣除。學生如有欠款（包括圖書館及其他罰款） ，其在職業訓練局轄下學院所修讀課程／單元的成績單、證書及相關證明將一律不
予發放，直至清繳所有欠款為止。
Students who withdraw / defer their study from a programme or discontinue their study from all / part of the modules after
commencement of the semester are still liable to pay the tuition fee and charges for the related semester. The free tuition-credits
(if applicable) will also be deducted accordingly. Transcripts, certificates and related certification will be withheld until all outstanding
fees (including library and other fines) owed to the VTC are settled.
6. 學生毋須交回繳費收據，但請保留繳費證明以供日後參考。
Students are NOT required to return the payment receipts but are advised to keep a record as proof of payment for future reference.
