1. Your attention is invited to the Security Declaration Form (Form OS-


002) which you signed on September 5, 2022. Before leaving this
Academy, you are requested to ensure that the provisions of
paragraph 4 thereof have been complied with.

2. In particular, you are requested to note paragraph 3 of the Declaration


according to which you will continue to be subjected to the security
provisions thereof even after your employment/connection with the
Academy has ceased.

3. You are requested to sign two (2) copies of this reminder as


confirmation of your compliance with paragraph 4 on the responsibility
of preserving the security of such classified information to which you
have held access during your employment/connection with the
Academy.
