How to Check your


Smart Prepaid Load
Balance and
Subscriptions

Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro, Smart Bro Home WiFi and


TNT subscribers can conveniently check your
remaining load balance and active subscriptions
through the following ways:

For Smart Prepaid, TNT and Bro Prepaid


subscribers:

Dial *123#, choose Bal:Svcs and select


Balance .

Log in to the GigaLife App. On the Home Page,


click the Check Usage button.

Log in to My Smart at my.smart.com.ph to


regularly check balance online. Registration and
linking of account are needed.

Log in to MyPLDTSmart App and the overview


screen will show the account balance. 

For Smart Bro Prepaid Home WiFi subscribers:

Log on to the GigaLife App and go to Usage


page.

Log in to the GigaLife App. On the Home Page,


click the Check Usage button.

Log on to Smart Bro Prepaid Home WiFi


dashboard.

Note: Balance Inquiry via *123#, GigaLife App,


MySmart Web, MyPLDTSmart App and Smart Bro
Prepaid Home WiFi Dashboard is free of regular load
and data charge.
