Sieve Analysis of Fine and Coarse Aggregates


1) Balance Readability:

a. Fine Aggregate (Sand): 0.1 gram

b. Coarse Aggregate: 0.5 gram

2) Time of shaking in mechanical sieve shaker: 10 minutes

3) Drying Oven: maintaining a uniform temperature of 110 ± 5°C

4) Size of Fine Aggregate test sample: minimum 300 gram

5) Size of Coarse Aggregate (or Mixture of C.A. & F.A.) test sample:
